Business Development Manager - ProLines Business Center - Qatar

This is a hands on and roll on position which controls, monitors, measures and enhances the performance of sales, marketing and production team for an advertising company.

Primary responsibility will be to enhance the revenue stream of the company and define a growth strategy for each of its product line and the company as a whole.

Increasing brand awareness and strengthen the brand by capturing major clients and increasing the market share of the company in the local market.

Introducing new media and innovative products to the existing portfolio and enhancing the creativity of print media.

Looking into possible strategic alliances to raise the portfolio of the company to international standards.

The BDM will responsible for drawing annual sales and marketing plan, financial plan, cash flow statements and operation cost control activities.

The BDM will be accountable for annual sales targets!

Key Skill Sets The candidate should be an MBA specializing in marketing/media/advertising/PR and Finance.

Should hold a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years in Advertising industry.

Excellent Managerial skills and eye for financial detail.

Strong influential powers and dealing with diplomacy with potential clients at the top management level.

Ability to multitask and work as a highly energetic team player.

Excellent communication skills in English language in a must.

Leadership and role model traits in personality.
