SALES MANAGERS– Middle east & Africa
Domain: Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (Having sold software products for this industry segment)
Experience: 6 - 8 years experience in IT Products Sales (Saudi/Qatar – 8 to 10 Years, UAE/Africa – 4 to 6 Years)
Qualification: Graduate / Engineer / MBA would be preferable
Salary: Market competitive compensation for both profiles.

Job description
Extensive travel within the identified region
Define sales strategy and sales plan for suite of products for the banking, financial services and insurance vertical in the respective region
Handle aggressive sales targets across the region; manage existing clients and develop fresh opportunities
Achieve the targeted Annual revenue
Target market includes all the banks in the region
Cold call, network, prospect and identify potential clients
Work with the pre-sales and marketing teams to derive account strategy
Do first level and second level presentations
Create a need to take the client into product work-shops and PoCs
Convert the funnel into commercial proposals and pipeline
Represent the company at various industry forums across the region
Track competition and provide inputs to internal teams on product, pricing, etc.
Contribute in developing new product functionalities and roadmap
Create a funnel of new accounts from a pre-defined named account list
Create product awareness and position the solution to meet primary business needs
Reports to Business Head – MEA Region

Practical knowledge of technology, products and domain areas
Negotiation skills
Interfacing and working with various groups within the organization
Getting across all levels in customer organization
