Job Detail: • Monitor site progress against baseline and planned efficiency.
• Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored.
• Liaise and forecast with project and construction team on forecast weekly activity/quantity.
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of detailed planning information for projects.
• Provide planning support as required by the Construction team, including recovery schedule.
• Provide support during the contractual changes/claims process, by providing time impact analysis.
