We are setting up a state of the art manufacturing facility near Mumbai at an estimated cost of Rs.65 Crore. The Project will be operational by April 2011. MARKETNG

1) 1. SR. MANAGER/MANAGER� MARKETING -         VFBD EXPORT (Based at Kolkata) Post Graduate / Graduate – Engineer 10 – 12 years experience in Marketing & export of engineering products & systems. Experience in export of process and related requirements will be preferred.   PROCESS DESIGN      1)  DY. GENERAL MANAGER / SR. MANAGER –           PROCESS DESIGN (Dept. Head) Post Graduate / Graduate – Chemical Engineer 12 – 15 years experience in Process Design of Solid / Liquid Gas Drying Systems Knowledge of determining type and size of equipment based on heat & mass transfer calculations and preparation of PFD and P&ID essential. Experience in heading the functions in Food, Chemical and Petro-Chemical industries with dryers & unit operations will be preferred.      3)  MANAGER – PROCESS DESIGN (LIQUID /            GAS) Post Graduate / Graduate – Chemical Engineer 10 years experience in Process design of Liquid / Gas Drying Systems. Knowledge of determining type and size of equipment based on heat & mass transfer calculations and preparation of PFD and P&ID essential. Experience in Chemical and Petro-Chemical industries with dryers & unit operation is essential.   MECHANICAL ENGINEERING      1)  SR. MANAGER – MEG Post Graduate / Graduate – Mechanical Engineer 10 years experience in Mechanical design of Chemical Process Equipment, Vibratory Equipment and Industrial Blowers. Knowledge to carry out stress analysis and design the equipment as per international code is essential. Should be able to guide a team of CAD / CAM Operators to prepare detail drawings for manufacture.        3)  OFFICER – Autocad ITI / NCTVT � Mechanical Draftsman 2 � 3 years experience in Designing of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Rotating Equipment. Should have knowledge of Auto CAD 2D.   PROJECT CO-ORDINATION        1)  SR. ENGINEER – Electrical Graduate � Electrical Engineer / Diploma Engineer 3 – 5 years experience of Electrical installation, designing and engineering for chemical process equipment / systems. TURNKEY PROJECT        1)  MANAGER – Turnkey Projects Graduate – Mechanical Engineer 5 – 7 years experience in Project co-ordination, expediting and interaction with customers, contractors, consultants and vendors to execute time bound turnkey projects. Sound techno-commercial knowledge is essential. PLANNING        1)  SR.MANAGER / MANAGER – Sub-Contract              & Outsourcing Graduate – Mechanical Engineer 8 years experience in Subcontracting jobs in engineering equipments, and related items. Good knowledge of vendor database, vendor development and Should have good commercial / taxation knowledge.   PRODUCTION ( Process Equipment)        1) MANAGER � Production Graduate – Mechanical Engineer 10 years experience in Fabrication of chemical process equipment. Knowledge of fabrication codes such as ASME, TEMA etc. is essential. Mechanical diploma holders with additional experience will also be considered for the position.          3)  SR. ENGINEER – Production Graduate & Mechanical Engineer 5 – 7 years experience in Fabrication of chemical process equipment. Knowledge of fabrication codes such as ASME, TEMA, etc. is essential. Mechanical diploma holders with sufficient experience will also be considered for this position. PRODUCTION (VFBD)        1) ENGINEER � Production Graduate – Mechanical Engineer 3 – 5 years experience in Fabrication of chemical process equipment. Knowledge of fabrication codes such as ASME, TEMA, etc. is essential. Mechanical diploma holders with additional experience will also be considered for this position.   QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL        1) MANAGER – Welding & QAC Post Graduate / Graduate – Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineer 12 – 15 years experience in Fabrication of Chemical, Petrochemical Process equipment. Knowledge of Indian and International codes applicable in equipment manufacturing and techniques of different welding processes for ferrous and non-ferrous material is essential.   FINANCE       1) ASST. MANAGER – Finance C.A. with 3-5 year experience or Inter C.A. / M.Com with 8 – 10 year experience in 3 � 5 or 8 - 10 years experience respectively in Financial Accounts, Preparation of Profit / Loss account. Knowledge of insurance, accounts payable & receivables, Bank reconciliation, etc.   HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT 1) OFFICER – Personnel Post Graduate Degree in HR / Personnel / Social Work 6 -7 year experience in Time Office & Administration Experience in Industrial Relations & grievances handling.   SITE ERECTION       1) SR.MANAGER – Construction Graduate – Mechanical Engineer 10 – 12 years experience in Supervision of erection / installation of chemical equipment carried out by mechanical contractors at sites.   2) ASST. MANAGER–MARKETING –PROCESS        EQUIPMENT ( 2 Positions ) Graduate Mechanical / Chemical – Engineer 5 – 7 years experience in Marketing of chemical process equipment directly to actual users and / or through turnkey and engineering consulting companies. 2)  MANAGER – PROCESS DESIGN (SOLIDS) Post Graduate / Graduate – Chemical Engineer 9 – 10 years experience in Process design of Solid Drying Systems. Knowledge of determining type and size of equipment based on heat & mass transfer calculations and preparation of PFD and P&ID essential.                                               2)  SR. OFFICER – Autocad ITI / NCTVT – Mechanical Draftsman 8 � 10 years experience in Designing of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Rotating Equipment. Should have knowledge of Auto CAD 2D.                                                                                                           2)  PAINT SHOP INCHARGE - PRODUCTION Graduate & Mechanical Engineer Diploma Holder with Good Experience in Paint Shop. 5 years experience in production & paint shop. Knowledge & experience in paintaing of equipments & systems along with paint specification shall be prefereed.   4)  ENGINEER – Production Planning Graduate Mechanical Engineer 3 – 5 years experience in Fabrication of chemical process equipment. Knowledge of fabrication codes such as ASME, TEMA, etc. is essential. Mechanical diploma holders with additional experience will also be considered for this position.
