Our client, a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) centre for aircraft and support services in United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces is looking to recruit a
Program Manager who will be directly reporting to the Senior Program Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:- Responsible for the over-all management of one or multiple military programs/projects.
- Gather technology and demand requirements from key contacts, program managers and other responsible individuals within the UAE military, acquisition organizations and any other relevant agencies within the UAE.
- Develop strategies, Program Management Plan (PMP) and performance metrics and manage program/project budget and resource loading.
- Provide support to the business development team to develop sales tools, training tools, promotional materials, and marketing support.
Requirements:
- MUST have at least 10 years program/project management experience in military aviation services
- and with at least 5 years general management, business management and/or operations management experience.
- BS/BA, or equivalent degree with a major in an engineering or technical discipline, business or logistics management.
- Graduate of a military school and/or holding an MS/MBA.
- General knowledge of finance, including the ability to read and understand financial data.
