Bachelor's degree in business or Information Systems, Computer science or other relevant subject area. 2. 4 to 5 years of professional experience in System Analysis. Very good experience in Business / Application Analysis – A MUST. 4. Experience working as a Business System Analyst and System Analyst on multiple projects and business functions. 5. Deep knowledge and hand-on experience with iterative and waterfall development methodologies (e.g. BABOK, Scrum, XP, etc.) 6. Deep knowledge and hands on experience on the creation of key artifacts including use cases, functional specifications, configuration stories or specifications. Required Experience: · Experience implementing and working within multiple requirements disciplines (RUP, CMMI, Agile, etc.) · One to three (2-3) years experience in at least two of the following technological disciplines: a) Enterprise database development (SQL Server, oracle, etc.) b) Object-oriented programming (java) c) GUI Development (client or Web-based) d) Markup languages (HTML, SGML, XML) Any experience in Customs or Ports authority, anywhere in the world – A HUGE HUGE PLUS.
