- Develop CAPEX and OPEX budget for the area of responsibility.
- Lead and manage the department team, providing guidance and developing the team skills.
- Ensure that any new application integration into enterprise systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment of consideration to determine its intended functionality.
- Manage project managers/technical team while evaluating, installing, configuring, and deploying new applications and/or enhancing existing new applications throughout the enterprise.
- University degree in the relevant field.
- Demonstrable track record in Telecom environment with excellent technical experience in applications and its platforms (e-Business, ERP, Reporting, Customer Care, Loyalty & retention).
- Excellent people management and communication skills as well as vendor management, and outsource resources management.
- Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak).
