I personally know the company, very big company , 2 branches in Dubai  and 3 branches in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification - Btech/ MCA
Experience - 5+years
Certification- preference to CCNA/ CCNP
Salary- INR 100,000 + per month

First preference to UAE / Gulf  residing Candidates.

Experience required in following area
- exchange server
- windows server 2003/2008
- domain controller/ Active directory
- can manage infrastructure
- Network Storage
- Security

Nice to have
- VMWare /vSphere/ vCenter
