A young man who was involved in a car crash in Ha'il was saved from certain death today when three Saudi nurses promptly administered first-aid, including CPR on the unconscious man, reported Sabq news.
The three nurses who were near the scene of the accident were the only ones who came forward to help the accident victim.
The nurses were praised for their prompt actions. Many said that despite social restrictions, common sense and a sense of duty prevailed. Bystanders just looked about and took pictures instead of trying to help the accident victim.
The Office of Health Affairs in Ha'il honored the three nurses who accompanied the man till he was admitted in King Khaled Hospital in the city. The young man's brother also praised the nurses for saving his brother's life
