On behalf of H.E Mr. Mohammed Al Harbi, Supervisor of Cultural Affairs, I have an honour of presenting my complements to your Company and wish you peace and Prosperity.

This is further to inform you that it is mandatory, the offer letters or the contract of a candidate should be first attested by:

1.     Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of External Affairs, Saudi Arabia.
2.     There should be a valid date and reference numbers mentioned on their offer letters.
3.     If a candidate is already working, we need his/her contract letter and a fresh letter in which their experience details and a valid Iqama should be mentioned. The same letter should also be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of External Affairs Saudi Arabia. You will also grab a valid Iqama copy from a candidate and attach the same with our declaration set at the time of degree submission.
4.     Offer letter /Contract should not be more than six months old.
5.     Don’t send any degree for verification whose offer is expired or the contract is about to complete its six months.
6.     If a candidate is selected for Ministry of Health or Ministry of Higher Education Dep’t, the agency has to submit the agreement letter issued to the candidate. We should have also received his/her offer letter addressed to our Cultural Attache issued from Ministry of Higher Education, KSA
7.     If it is an MOH (Ministry of Health) Selection, then agency has to provide us an original letter with valid dated and reference issued from Medical Attache. Also for rest of all companies, we need an original offer letters as already discussed with their employers.
