B.E Civil Site Engineer - Apolo Contracting Company LLC - Sharjah - UAE

To supervise the construction of Villas, buildings and to ensure the work is executed as per specified drawing.

To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/ facilities in order to meet an agreed programmed of deadlines.

To supervise & monitor work on site, must have practical knowledge of site construction work from excavation till finishing of project.

Candidate should be competent in preparing proper B.O.Q of the projects from the tender drawing.

Supervising work done by subcontractors and preparing their bills.

Preparing and submitting paper works for the projects in the Municipality and relavent departments.

This is a Complete field job so person should be competent in handling labour and guiding them according to the drawing for no mistakes.

Candidate must be B.E Civil - Degree

He should have good experience in contract administration(Pre-contract and Post Contract). Must have exposure to FIDIC+POMI+CESMM-1 to 3.

Salary Offered: 10 to 12K consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with family benefits+ Annual performace bonus.
