3. Construction Manager: Postion Code:(CM-Buildings-BA-DXB):Must be Civil Engineer with over 15 years experience in highrise building construction projects. Must have worked as project Manager or contruction Manager for atleast 3 to 4 years. Good Managerial skills are must along with techno-commercial knowledge.
Salary Offered: 15 to 18K consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with family benefits+ Annual performace bonus.
4. Quantity Surveyor: Postion Code:(QS-Buildings-BA-DXB):
Must be Civil Engineer with over 8 to 10 yrs years experience as quantity surveyor for highrise building construction projects. Must have worked as QS for atleast 3 to 4 years. His intial experience in construction site will have added advantage.Good techno-commercial knowledge is must. He should have good experience in contract administration(Pre-contract and Post Contract). Must have exposure to FIDIC+POMI+CESMM-1 to 3.
Salary Offered: 10 to 12K consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with family benefits+ Annual performace bonus.
