INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (PCS SPECIALIST)-

Process Control Specialist(s) resident at the PCS Vendor's facility, and major subvendors' facilities, as deemed necessary by SAUDI ARAMCO, to monitor and coordinate, expedite, and manage the PCS Vendor's work, on a daily basis.

Process Control Specialists shall ensure that the PCS is designed, documented, configured, integrated, tested and packed and delivered to WORK.

Site according to all document included in or referenced in the PCS agreement as well as all relevant Project Standards, specification, and PCS Scope of Supply and Functional Specification Documents.

 

Process Control Specialist(s) shall be knowledgeable in the fields of PCS and Project Management, capable of Automation drawings interpretation, and fluent in written and spoken English.

 

He will be responsible to make PCS-related decisions and authorized to handle invoice adjustments and Change Orders.

 

Process Control Specialist(s) shall be interviewed by SAUDI ARAMCO and approved before dispatch to their assignment locations. Process Control Specialist(s) shall be mobilized in the design office.

 

Process Control Specialist(s) shall be resident at the PCS Vendor and PCS subvendors offices, within thirty (30) calendar days from Purchase Order Placement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by SAUDI ARAMCO until System shipment to WORK Site. The same specialists shall relocate to site to lead/participate in the installation, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.
