Should be able to inspect all the incoming materials from the suppliers. 3. Need to check incoming materials are complying with international standard like ASME/ASTM. 4. Need to check incoming materials are meets with client standard and requirements. 5. Should be able to identify -Piping /pipe fittings /flanges /valves etc..
