Location : Chennai

Position : Business Development Manager

Job Function : Handle Sales Management for powercord and telecommunication cable assemblies for South Indian market

Industry : Powercable & Telecommunication

Products : Powercords for consumer electronic items, telecommunication assemblies, connectors and jumpers

Qualification : B.E (Mech., ECE, EEE) with or without MBA

Experience : 8 to 10 yrs in sales to OEM customers in South India.


 Identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and alliances, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

 Enhancing Business prospects in context of competitive Market trends

 Exploring potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts and expand existing clientele.

 Formulating & implementing competent business strategies to market a wide range of products and achieve pre-set sales and profit targets

 Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

 Understanding key processes and economic drivers, to offer value-added customer services.

 Ensuring that highest service standards are maintained for servicing of customers and maintaining minimum Turn-around Time

 Cultivating healthy business relations with major clients and key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

 Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.
