Job Description 
Job Title: Station Security Supervisor
Reports To: Security Manager 

1. Job Summary
 The purpose of this position is to supervise and lead a team of Station Security Guards to safeguard security in the station of the Client.

2. Job Responsibility
2.1 Allocation and management of security resources
2.2 Provide effective internal and external communications and information about security of the system and environment in an efficient and timely manner
2.3 Implement security measures and procedures to meet the security requirements of Client
2.4 Undertake security inspections and audits on a routine and ad hoc basis
2.5 Assist Incident Investigators in gathering information and evidence whenever necessary
2.6 Assist station staff in managing passengers’ behavior including crowd control; and where necessary enforce, Client by-law
2.7 Write simple reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences 2.8 Perform shift and emergency duties when required
2.9 Render all possible assistance to customers, in particular those with special needs, to enhance customer service and safety
2.10 Supervise and motivate security staff with an aim to meet the committed performance target of security operations 
2.11 Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Security Manager

3. Qualifications and Experience 
3.1 Essential • At least 5 years of experience in security of which at least 1 year of supervisory capacity
• Good knowledge and experience of handling security of people, property and cash preferably gained from transport or service company
• Ability to allocate and supervise a team of Security Guards to provide the highest levels of security on the system and assurance to customers
• Ability to communicate effectively to the public and ability to follow instructions explicitly and to exercise judgment and act quickly in an emergency situation
• Ability to coordinate security activities and provide support in emergency and evacuation scenarios
• Highly motivated and flexibility to work in a time-sensitive environment to respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events and emergencies
3.2 Preferable
• Diploma of post secondary education in related discipline
• Hold a professional qualification in a related discipline  

4. Safety Responsibility
4.1 Report incidents and events that could affect the safety of the system
4.2 Manage passengers’ behavior in particular in crowded or emergency situations
4.3 Follow safe working procedures personally and wear appropriate protective gears as required and look out for the safety of others
4.4 Adhere to relevant safety procedures and instructions
4.5 Attend all safety related courses or refresher training courses as required
4.6 Promote safety awareness among the security teams and monitor subcontractor activity in station
4.7 Operate the fire and security equipment provided in the stations under instructions
4.8 Assist the station operations staff, fire services and police department in dealing with incidents
and emergencies such as crowd control and fire fighting.

Job Description  
Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor 
Department: Operations Department 
Reporting To:  Logistic Manager  
 
1. Job Summary  
The job holder is to manage, lead and support a number of cleaning teams to provide a safe, well maintained and clean environment within the premises of the Client in line with performance target.
 
 
2. Job Responsibilities 
2.1 Support the Cleaning & Facilities Manager in • Coordinating, managing and delivering cleaning services within the premises of Client  such as stations, trains, depots and offices 
• Managing cleaning records and arranging maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment as required 
• Deliver training and conduct assessments as required 
• Review, develop and update the relevant work procedures and instructions as required 
2.2 Perform regular safety reviews, audits and inspections on cleaning works activity 
2.3 Carry out periodic health, safety, quality, environment and operational briefing to the cleaning staff 
2.4 Handle disciplinary, grievances, and conduct performance appraisals 
2.5 Deliver training and conduct assessments as required 
2.6 Undertake investigations 
2.7 Perform shift and emergency duties when required 
2.8 Manage and support cleaning staff with an aim to meet the committed performance target of cleanliness  
2.9 Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Facilities & Cleaning Manager  
 
3. Qualifications and Experience 
 3.1 Essential 
• Diploma of post secondary education and/or relevant professional qualifications 
• Approximately 2 years of management experience in a relevant field  
• Experience
 and good working comprehension of performance and appraisal management 
• Ability to manage teams of cleaners with an aim to meet the committed performance targets in a cost effective and efficient manner  
• Experience in supervising the planned and unplanned cleaning activities to meet challenging work schedule 
• Good interpersonal and people skills, and a mature, methodical and responsible approach to work 
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities 
• Ability to demonstrate both good communications literacy and numeracy skills required for the role 
  
 
4. Safety Responsibilities  
4.1 Ensure safe systems of work, particularly in the control of hazardous substances and specialist cleaning materials, are adhered to. 
4.2 Follow safe working procedures and instructions personally and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and look out for the safety of others.
