Must have world class skills and knowledge of TIBCO software with minimum of 5 years of recent hands on software development with TIBCO platform products

Good technical background with experience in system delivery, which includes the functional and technical design, build, and test phases (Software Development Life-Cycle - SDLC).

Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs.

Deep knowledge of IT solution planning and management.

Understanding of integration capabilities.

Expert in datamodels and an understanding of relational databases.

Experience with TIBCO middleware technologies (BusinessWorks 5x, BusinessConnect 5x, EMS 5x, EDI, ADB, Workflow 5x, Admin, HAWK and additional adapters)
