1. Help Desk Specialist (Female/ Male) Qty. 1
• A minimum of 2 years experience in IT
• Knowledge of service desk operation management
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
• Ensure administrative duties and any associated admin work is carried out
• Locally available with transferable visa Working Experiences in the Gulf or Qatar
• Customer satisfaction responsibilities
2. System Administrator - Microsoft (Male) Qty. 2
• Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft.
• A minimum of 5 years system administration experience.
• Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various Microsoft systems.
• Responsible for maintaining the Servers of the company
• Servers management is a primary responsibility
• Responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading of servers
• Responsible for ensuring the servers are backed up and that the server data is secure from
unauthorized access.
3. Marketing Manager - (Female/Male) Qty. 1
• Bachelor degree in computer, business with strong IT background
• A minimum 4 years experience in the same position.
• Establish marketing plans to meet Omnix objectives
• Manage all marketing activities including adds, promotions and public relation
• Analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitors
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Relevant IT products and IT integrated solution knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
