JOB PURPOSE
Responsible of all operations & maintenance activities at the WWTP and will be responsible of managing his team.

TASKS
MAIN TASKS:

ü manage all WWTP employees.

ü interface for the WWTP with others services as WW networks, WW Management, Reuse Water Dept...

ü make sure that O&M contractor fulfilled his O&M obligations.

ü review all operations data and make sure that legal obligations are fulfilled.

ü be responsible for his team training plan elaboration.

ü He must ensure that all health, safety, security and environment procedures are well understood and respected on the WWTP

ü propose improvement, productive investments and renewal program for the WWTP.

ü participate to the establishment of the WWO&M budget plan and will follow and review the WWTP annual budget. implement the cost reducing policy.

ü develop and make sure that QHSE program is daily implemented, and will organize regular WWTP O&M meetings in order to make sure that QHSE policy is highly respected and improved on the WWTP.

ü identify and list all major risks and will implement the WWTP Emergency Response Plan (E.R.P)

ü control and supervise outlet water quality and others products quality (sludge, reuse water,…)

ü participate to the WWO&M annual service report.

ü organize annual evaluation meeting...

ü participate to the handover of new contracts/installations.

ü report all dysfunctional situations, major incident to his hierarchy and all decided measures.

ü report to the WWO&M Manager.

ü inform customer services of all dysfunction on his networks

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
10 years experience in Waste water treatment plants operation and Maintenance Fluent in English language (read - written - spoken)Microsoft Office knowledge

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
LeadershipCommunication SkillsGood interpersonal skills
