2. Web sphere certified including clustering knowledge
3. Expert JEE build/deployment knowledge
4. Excellent Unix knowledge; admin and usage
5. Good to expert knowledge of Virtualization; zLinux know how a huge plus
6. Architectural refactoring of applications from an operational perspective a huge plus
7. Origins from a build and or development background in Java and JEE
8. Big hitter from a Technical perspective when it comes to containers, distributed transaction: JTA, EJB and the like
9. ITIL Knowledge would be preferred\
