Job Requisition:

Name of Job Vacancy: Hardware Support Engineer (Telecom Exp.)

Number of Vacancies: 4

Department: Managed Service

Reporting to:  Managed Service Delivery Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

 

Job Description:

·         Onsite support of servers 24*7

·         Troubleshooting and Maintenance for servers (Huawei) and switch (Huawei and Cisco) including addressing cause of alarms or server issues, resolving server issues by analyzing failure records and server logs, manual testing of server performance, etc

·         Escalate issues to tier 2 engineer when nessesary

·         Meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets, perform regular tasks and refer relational report to ensure servers perform within the agreed service levels

Professional Related Working Experience

·         At least 2 years related work experience in IT infrastructure support

·         Hands on experience in IBM, HP, Cisco or Huawei equipment  based on IPMI v2.0 (e.g. IBM x3650 M4, HP DL380e Gen8, Cisco C240 M3,DELL R720  etc)

·         Troubleshooting, administration or installation experience of  LINUX, SUSE or RedHat

·         Knowledge of Networking Technologies such as BGP, MPLS and L2/L3 VPN, IS-IS, OSPF, L2TP, PPPoX, Radius, DHCP, ATM, Firewall and Security etc

·         Telecom company experience（Preferred）

 

Qualification Requirements

·         Education:  4 years university degree in Computer Science.

·         Language Skills: English，Arabic(Optional).

·         Interest in new product, good working attitude, good cooperation attitude.

·        Preferably local candidates with Transferable Iqama but we will accept application form overseas

·        Candidate must be immediately available

·        Experienced & Certified Professionals will be preferred.
