Planning service delivery in a vendor environment
Planning, defining IT strategy and ensure all IT initiatives and projects are aligned to such strategy.
Vendor management including project management.
Should be able to manage a team size of around 50 Engineers and manage a profit center.
Profile Engineering graduates from IT, Telecom, Electronics background with minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in IT service delivery in a vendor environment. Preferred candidates currently working for IT service provider
